Support & Hosting

As a standard we provide support for our software and when required offer support for third party systems. Using a combination of online ticketing systems, remote login software, email and phone support we are able to provide you with a tailored support package. We can also provide hosting packages for our products and services, using geo-replication services and the best infrastructure providing a high availability service.

Consultancy and Project Management

We can provide IT and Systems consultancy, or IT Project Management for your business. Our consultancy covers all your needs including upgrades and new implementation of both software, and hardware. We can also help your organisation review a system or process, and advise on how technology could assist you. As with our bespoke development we aim to apply PRINCE 2 methodology where required.
