WJP Software Limited will be sponsoring the MRS North East User Group again this year. On the 1st July 2015 around 30 customers from Stockton Quality Control Laboratory will be spending the day at Bedale Hall to plan the future of the Microbiological Reporting System, as well as gaining a greater in depth understanding of how the system works.
This will be the 3rd user group that WJPS have been involved in or run. James Proctor the Managing Director of WJPS said “Its great to run events like these, the company has always been customer focused, and this gives us a wonderful opportunity to talk with the users of the software and find out what they require to make it easier to use, and improve the quality of the reports they get out of it.” Following the event, all ideas will be reviewed and discussed in a smaller expert user group to draw up an accurate project plan for the next release of the software, due at the end of 2015.
